Sake is one of the world’s oldest drinks - and the cleanest. But for many it can still be mysterious. We set about to change that.

Made in Hyōgo, Japan but born in London, DREAMSAKE was founded by three sake enthusiasts who have been exploring the world of sake for over a decade. In 2024 we partnered with a historic Japanese brewery to bring the highest grade Sake to the rest of the world, reframing sake for a new generation seeking cleaner options that won’t hold us back the next day.
